Keyboard Player - Worship Musician

New Shiloh Christian Center is seeking a talented and Spirit-led Keyboard Player to join our Music Ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for worship, excellence in musicianship, and the ability to support dynamic praise and worship services in a multicultural church environment. Responsibilities Provide keyboard accompaniment during Sunday worship services, Bible study, rehearsals, conferences, and special eventsCollaborate with the worship leader, choir director, and other musicians to create an atmosphere of worshipPlay a variety of gospel, contemporary worship, and traditional church music stylesAttend scheduled rehearsals and ministry meetingsFollow musical direction while also demonstrating creativity and sensitivity during worship flowMaintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitudeSupport the overall vision and mission of the church through music ministryQualifications Proficiency in keyboard/piano performanceAbility to play by ear and/or read music preferredExperience playing in church, gospel, or live worship settingsStrong knowledge of gospel chords, progressions, and praise & worship musicAbility to work effectively with singers, choirs, and band membersDependable, teachable, and spiritually matureMust demonstrate respect for church leadership and ministry standardsPreferred Skills
