Instead, please fill out our official audition form directly at: jobs.ecbands.com About the Role Live Performance: Execute high-level keyboard performances across a massive variety of commercial genres (Pop, Rock, R&B, Funk, and Top 40).Sound Management: Manage advanced patch selections, sonic layers, and keyboard splits to accurately recreate studio tracks in a live setting.Tech Integration: Work comfortably with modern live-performance setups, including Ableton Live and DJ software interfaces.Leadership (Plus): Act as a Music Director (MD) or assist with bandleading duties during rehearsals and live sets if you have the experience.What We Are Looking For Technical Skill: Exceptional live keyboard chops, tasteful soloing abilities, and a great ear for picking up arrangements quickly.Gear & Tech Literacy: Strong familiarity with modern keyboard rigs, patch programming, and live playback software (Ableton).Professionalism: Absolute punctuality, reliability, and a high-energy stage presence that fits a premium entertainment brand.Experience: Previous experience in high-end event bands, touring setups, or commercial live performance is highly preferred.⚠HOW TO APPLY: Please do not use the standard Indeed "Apply Now" button.
