RTC exists to bring hope, healing, and restoration through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. RTC is seeking an individual to serve as the worship team’s keyboardist. The primary responsibility of the keyboardist will be to collaborate with existing worship team members to plan and execute the church’s Sunday worship experience. The ideal candidate will have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, strong keyboard playing abilities, possess an adaptable skillset, be a team player, and have an understanding of and ability to flow in prophetic worship. Attend weekly rehearsals (1 hour, 1 day per week) that serve a dual purpose: (A) preparation for Sunday and (B) cultivation of a Christ-centered community.
