Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN for a Keyboardist/Musical Director. The person in this role will also support pre-production planning, and maintain a professional, reliable presence for performances and promotional events. Qualifications Broad understanding of Music theory, arrangement, song structure, and harmony to support musical direction and band leadership.Experience leading rehearsals, acting as Musical Director, setting musical cues, and coordinating with other musicians and technical staff.Ability to program and manage keyboard sounds, patches, and backing elements using digital workstations, software instruments, or hardware rigs.Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills, with a professional attitude and reliability for performances and sessions.Comfort working in a fast-paced performance environment, including evenings, weekends, tours, and studio schedules as needed.Prior live performance and recording experience required; formal music education or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
