LABEL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, CATALOG RELEASES

• Communicate with Artist teams and prior labels • Organize and maintain data related to artists, projects, and releases, including metadata and track information. • Communicate issues and assist with clearance process as needed Qualifications: • Has 3+ years' experience working at a record label or equivalent music industry position, preferably in project management, label operations, or contract management, or A&R Admin • Familiarity with various types of music contracts • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative, corporate and business teams • Solutions-oriented, proactive and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment • Strong organizational and project management skills and excellent attention to detail The actual salary rate offered to candidates will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, business needs, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by Primary Wave.
