As a Learning & Development Training Manager, you will lead the training function in the Kansas City region, overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive learning programs primarily to enhance the skills and capabilities of Associates knowledge of musical instruments. Training Program Management: • Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan aligned with organizational goals in concert with Organization Development leadership and stakeholders. • This position is accountable for overseeing the sales training of newly hired personnel at our in-person sales center. • Communicate the value of learning and development initiatives to all stakeholders.
