Responsibilities • Lead the guitar section during rehearsals, ensuring cohesive sound and timing across performances • Develop and arrange guitar parts that complement the overall musical arrangement, incorporating both rhythm and lead elements • Collaborate closely with the band director or musical director to interpret songs and adapt arrangements as needed • Mentor and motivate fellow guitarists, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging skill development • Participate actively in rehearsals, soundchecks, and live performances, maintaining high energy and professionalism • Assist in selecting appropriate gear, effects, and tuning setups to achieve desired tonal qualities • Contribute to promotional activities such as recording sessions, music videos, or live event planning when required
