Responsibilities

Lead rehearsals and performances, setting the tone and ensuring musical cohesion across all pieces
Develop and refine setlists, arrangements, and improvisations to keep performances fresh and engaging
Collaborate with other band members to create a unified sound that aligns with the artistic vision
Mentor less experienced guitarists and musicians, sharing expertise in technique, style, and stage presence
Coordinate with event organizers for scheduling, sound checks, and technical requirements
Contribute to songwriting, arrangement development, and studio recordings as needed
Maintain your instrument’s condition through regular tuning, cleaning, and technical upkeep

Requirements

Proven experience as a lead guitarist in live performances or studio recordings
Strong knowledge of music theory, scales, chords, and improvisation techniques
Demonstrated ability to lead rehearsals and inspire team collaboration
Excellent stage presence with confident communication skills during performances
Flexibility to adapt to different musical genres and performance settings
Ability to work well under pressure in high-energy environments
Passion for continuous learning in areas such as photography, ballet, cooking, theater, or other creative arts is a plus
