This hybrid role requires a unique blend of exceptional musical performance skills and creative compositional talent. Your role will involve working closely with the artistic director, other musicians, and production staff to develop and execute musical programs that push artistic boundaries and engage diverse audiences. You will also be expected to contribute to educational outreach programs, workshops, and masterclasses, sharing your expertise with aspiring musicians. The ability to collaborate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and lead musical rehearsals is crucial. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a jazz pianist and composer.
