We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Music Conductor to lead our orchestras and guide the artistic vision of our organization. • Overseeing the artistic development of our staff and volunteers. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in conducting or music education, as well as significant experience inspiring and leading advanced student musicians in a large ensemble setting. • Required Skills: • Exceptional conducting skills and a deep understanding of classical music repertoire. • Experience in leading and managing teams of musicians and staff.
