To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in conducting or music education, as well as significant experience inspiring and leading advanced student musicians in a large ensemble setting. • Required Skills: • Exceptional conducting skills and a deep understanding of classical music repertoire. • Experience in leading and managing teams of musicians and staff.
