Lead Music Instructor

Music Coach Wanted Job Description We are seeking a music coach to provide private, semi-private, and group lessons using our curriculum. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of music theory and technique relevant to primary instrument, effective time management and organizational skills, and experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians. Responsibilities: • Teach music lessons using our curriculum and cover song arrangements • Create a positive and encouraging lesson atmosphere • Assess students' readiness to join a band or ensemble • Support school events and activities Requirements: • Advanced understanding of music concepts and ability to communicate effectively • Effective time management and organizational skills • Experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians • Ability to interact effectively with children (ages 3-17) and adults • Ability to pass a background check Benefits: • Flexible part-time schedule in a fun environment with other like-minded musicians • Hourly rate based on education, experience, expertise, and availability
