Lead Music Producer

Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire production process for various musical endeavors, including albums, singles, and soundtracks. You will collaborate closely with artists to understand their creative vision and translate it into tangible musical outcomes. This involves managing recording sessions, selecting appropriate musicians and engineers, and providing direction on performance, arrangement, and sound. The Lead Music Producer will also be responsible for sound design, mixing, and mastering, ensuring a polished and professional final product. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Sound Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
