You will be responsible for managing multiple recording projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest quality of sound and artistic integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of audio engineers and production staff. Oversee the entire production process for various music projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Collaborate closely with artists to interpret their vision and translate it into compelling musical recordings. Direct recording sessions, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance. Manage studio resources, including equipment and scheduling. Develop and implement innovative production techniques and sound design strategies. Maintain a high standard of audio quality and technical excellence across all projects. Contribute to A&R efforts by identifying and nurturing new talent. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and emerging artists. Represent the company at industry events and build strong professional relationships. Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in music production across multiple genres. Proficiency in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live. Expertise in audio engineering, mixing, and mastering techniques. Demonstrated experience leading and managing creative teams. Strong understanding of music theory and composition. Excellent ear for musical detail and sonic aesthetics. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
