Lead Music Program Coordinator

Music Lessons Coordinator We are seeking a Music Lessons Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, assisting customers with questions, and providing tours of the lessons facility. Responsibilities: • Increasing student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs • Selling rehearsal space • Communicating with parents and students to ensure an overall positive experience • Providing guidance to instructors on their schedules (both teaching and non-teaching) and coordinating lessons schedules with instructor availability • Maintaining and increasing curriculum sales • Ensuring systems are functioning properly • Maintaining the lesson and rehearsal schedules for the facility Requirements: • 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or administration • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's Degree • Skilled understanding of Guitar Center retail systems and processes If you have a passion for music and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
