Your responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing instrument rentals, processing transactions, maintaining attractive product displays, and assisting with exciting in-store events.

Deliver personalized sales support for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessonsMeet and surpass individual and store sales goalsAssist students, parents, and educators in selecting the right products and servicesHandle rentals, sales, returns, and lesson enrollments with precisionEnsure high standards in merchandising, pricing, and product displaysSupport efficient inventory management, tagging, and restockingParticipate in in-store events and community outreach initiativesResolve customer inquiries and issues with a service-oriented, student-focused mindsetWork collaboratively with team members to achieve performance and service targetsMaintain store policies, loss prevention protocols, and cleanlinessEssential Skills
