Job Description The Lead Musician will lead and develop the music ministry of the Village Church, focusing on the traditional music program and ensembles. Key responsibilities include directing the Village Church Choir and Chancel Bell Choir at weekly rehearsals and in Sunday morning worship services. • Creatively plan and coordinate with the Worship Ministries Team, Worship Staff, and musicians to produce engaging worship services centered on Jesus. A minimum requirement of a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree in one of the following concentrations: conducting, voice or instrumental performance, or music education.
