Lead Musician

Elevation Ministries, a multi-generational, nondenominational church located in Baltimore, MD, is looking for a Lead Musician to support weekly worship services through oversight of the praise team and playing during worship services. The role will require oversight of the praise team which includes the selection and preparation of songs for weekly team practices, teaching vocal parts, and execution of weekly worship services. Duties: • Lead weekly praise and worship team rehearsals • Collaborate with the Senior Pastor regarding musical selections for worship services • Collaborate with audio-visual team to ensure effective execution of music ministry. • Do you have any videos or clips of your performance that you can share? • How many years experience do you have playing with a praise & worship team/choir and accompanying a preacher?
