Lead Musician and Team Builder

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Music Director to join our worship team, responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive music plan that aligns with our church's vision and values. This role requires a talented leader who can recruit, schedule, and train volunteers, while collaborating with other ministry teams to craft a unified worship experience. Key Tasks: • Develop a music program that engages and inspires our congregation • Schedule and lead rehearsals with volunteer musicians • Collaborate with other ministry teams to integrate music into the worship experience • Maintain a library of songs and arrangements suitable for our congregation Qualifications: • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to read and write music, as well as keyboard and guitar proficiency • Familiarity with music production software and ability to create loops, stems, and click tracks • Experience leading teams and playing in a large church environment
