As a key member of our worship ministry, you will be responsible for creating engaging and meaningful musical experiences that inspire active participation in worship. We are an inclusive Christian worshiping community that values creativity, tradition, and connection. The Lead Musician and Worship Developer will be responsible for: • Creating and implementing worship plans that incorporate a variety of musical styles and themes • Selecting and rehearsing music for regular and occasional services • Leading rehearsals of the Chancel Choir, Y'All Come Choir, and other ensembles • Cultivating and promoting lay leaders through recruitment, training, and follow-up • Developing special worship services and events throughout the year Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: • Bachelor's degree in music or music education • Five years' experience in ecclesiastical music and worship leadership • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers Benefits Our Values
