We are seeking a Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong spiritual foundation, gifted leadership skills, and musical abilities. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading worship services, recruiting and training worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists. They will also oversee the technical aspects of worship including sound production and equipment management. • Mature spiritual foundation in the gospel of Jesus Christ • Gifted in leadership and helping others to worship • Strong musical skills: advanced singing lead ability; ability to play multiple instruments well; knowledge of music theory as it applies to contemporary worship music; • Previous experience leading worship for church services; heart for worship ministry plus desire/ability to lead others on the worship team ,
