Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding in-store customer service to students, parents, and educators.Assist customers in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons tailored to their needs.Efficiently process sales, rentals, and returns using our POS system.Help with merchandising, store presentation, and setting up promotional displays.Participate in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and conducting cycle counts.Aim to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.Maintain in-depth knowledge of band and orchestra instruments and related services.Work collaboratively with team members to support school events and engage in community outreach.Required Skills
