Musical Experience: • Lead music during weekly worship services, including Sundays and midweek services, • Accompany praise teams, choirs, and soloists with excellence and sensitivity. • Experience working with praise teams or choirs in a fast-paced, Spirit-led environment. • Basic music production or arranging skills, with the ability to adapt songs for worship settings. • Capable of building and scheduling a music team for regular services and rehearsals. • Formal music education is not required, but basic music ability and experience in a church setting is essential.
