Music Director Position We are seeking a skilled Music Director to lead our worship services and build a vibrant worship team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in worship leading, excellent musical ability, and a deep personal love for Jesus. Job Summary: The Music Director will plan and lead music during worship services each week, work with Pastor(s) in selecting music, coordinate arrangements of music, and oversee all audio/visual aspects of worship and church life. Vision for Music Style: Our worship music will be biblically sound, vibrant, joyful, substantive in content, accessible to children and new Christians, and sensitive to cultural preferences and different demographics.
