Job Overview The music leader at a place of worship is responsible for enriching congregational music through the use of the organ during traditional worship services. Responsibilities • Select and provide suitable organ music for Masses and special events. • Accompany vocalists and instrumentalists with musical support. • Choose hymns in collaboration with the Pastor, reflecting liturgical seasons and Scripture texts.
