The ideal candidate will demonstrate musical excellence, spiritual maturity, and strong leadership, with a heart fully committed to ministry. Through intentional preparation and Spirit-led execution, this individual will help ensure each worship service enhances the congregation’s spiritual journey and supports the overall vision of the church. Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience leading worship teams in a church or similar ministry setting with energy, sensitivity, and excellence. • Strong proficiency in leading worship through a primary instrument (keyboard and/or Hammond organ preferred); multi-instrumental ability is a plus.
