Musical Worship Leader We seek a seasoned musician to serve as our musical worship leader, driving the creation of meaningful worship experiences for our community. Main Objectives: • Initiate music planning and implementation for Sunday worship services and special events, keeping pace with the ever-changing needs and expectations of our congregation. • Direct and support the volunteer worship team, guiding them towards achieving their full potential. • Jointly determine worship music selections with the Lead Pastor, weighing the diverse spiritual requirements and preferences of our congregation.
