Job Description The Church Music Program Director is responsible for leading musical direction for both Protestant and Roman Catholic services. This includes providing piano accompaniment for Sunday services and accompanying rendition of music during worship services. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with planning and requests for musical equipment and supplies, and coordinate with the officiating chaplain or CRMP concerning the selection of music used in the worship service. The ideal candidate will possess strong instrumental and vocal music skills, as well as the ability to read music and direct other musicians and vocalists in four-part musical scores.
