• Candidate must have experience as a worship leader in a modern setting, with the ability to set the tone and flow of the service using God’s word, music, and enthusiastic connection with the congregation. • Candidate must have a professional and dynamic demeanor, and ability to inspire their team and congregation. • The candidate must be a gifted vocalist and musician, with technical skills in the performance of live music and use of associated equipment. Work in concert with the gifts and talents of other staff members and maintain a teamwork mentality. Must have vision and a demonstrated ability to plan, develop, coordinate, manage and implement a youth ministry within the parameters of the United Methodist Church.
