Candidate must have experience as a worship leader in a modern setting, with the ability to set the tone and flow of the service using God's word, music, and enthusiastic connection with the congregation. Recruit and train volunteers who work with youth in all aspects of youth ministry and ensure adequate volunteer support and adult to youth ratios. Other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor, or Staff Parish Relations Committee as deemed necessary for the support of the ministry of the Church.
