Job Description The John M. Long School of Music at Troy University is seeking an outstanding teacher/performer of Tuba/Euphonium with a significant background in Western music history. Responsibilities: • Teach and recruit applied tuba and euphonium students; • Teach Western music history courses; • Additional teaching may include Class Brass, Advanced Brass Pedagogy, Brass Chamber Ensembles, and/or other courses as determined by the needs of the School of Music and candidate expertise; • Participate in shared governance through service to the School, College, and University.
