Lessons Coordinator

Coordinating music lessons is a vital task, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As a Lessons Coordinator at Long & McQuade, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire music lesson program, working closely with the Director of Music Education. Key Responsibilities: • Interview and select qualified teachers • Schedule teacher assignments and room allocations • Promote music lessons through marketing initiatives • Manage student registration and attendance records • Process teacher payments and monitor customer accounts • Supervise and train lesson staff • Develop group programs and classes • Plan and coordinate bi-annual recitals Requirements: • Musical education or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of music education principles • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven sales and customer service abilities • Basic administrative skills
