Reporting to the Director, this role offers a direct path to transition into a regular, fully benefitted position based on performance and institutional needs. Mental Health Initiatives: Develop and implement community-faced mental health initiatives tailored to the unique needs of various student populations.Psycho-Educational Programming: Partner with the broader Health and Wellness staff to deliver preventative outreach and wellness programming across campus.Consultation: Provide professional consultation to faculty, staff, and student leaders to foster a supportive ecosystem for students.
