Embodies childlike innocence and enthusiasm for the characters Represent the park with a positive attitude and high energy Perform as Costume Character, Dancer, Character Escort, and/or Puppeteer in-park and out-of-park as assigned Perform in stage shows, parades, meet-and-greets, and special events Serve as an expert performer for multiple characters within your height range and assist with character training and rehearsals Follow safety and procedural directions; accept feedback and adapt accordingly Support backstage duties and assist Costuming team as needed Interact positively with guests and teammates What It Takes To Succeed

Personable, animated, and a fun, outgoing personality Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varied weather while in costume Strong costume and escorting skills; prior costume/entertainment experience preferred Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to move and dance in full costume; maintain character integrity Ability to participate in regular internal performance assessments What Else Is Important

Be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs; extensive walking/standing Perform physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching Work indoors/outdoors in varying weather; may be exposed to fumes and dust Perform cleaning duties with cleaning chemicals; flexible in location based on business needs In-person audition at a pre-determined time Compensation Range: 17.50 - 25.00 USD Hourly
