Job Overview We are seeking a Live Music Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live music and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day-of-show duties • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding shows, artist meet and greet packages, and amenities • Assist with the resolution of guest issues, consulting or involving management as necessary Requirements • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent • Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
