Job Overview Responsibilities • Loading and unloading equipment from trucks and storing it in designated areas • Securing necessary passes and tickets for band members and crew • Assisting audio and lighting crews with setup and operation • Performing stage changes and setting up backline equipment • Ensuring that all necessary items are available for the performance • Communicating with the production crew to coordinate the evening's events • Hanging show banners and updating venue signage • Catering to the needs of the band during performances • Providing general support to the production team as needed To be considered for this role, you should have: • At least 3 years of experience in tour and stage production • Knowledge of stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video systems • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft applications • Excellent communication and organizational skills • A high school diploma or equivalent This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting up to 75 pounds and working in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
