Board of Directors CYT Tucson is actively recruiting community members to serve on our Board of Directors. It is considered exceedingly beneficial for all board members to be listed in CYT literature as financial sponsors of the organization. A CYT Teacher’s Philosophy: By incorporating CYT’s Values and Objectives into everything he or she does, the CYT teacher strives to build character in students. They must be excited and willing to work with other people on their artistic team. Must have experience in, desire and ability to work with children.
