Luthier

As a Luthier at Guitar Center, you will specialize in the maintenance and repair of customer-owned guitars. You will ensure high-quality craftsmanship and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining store inventory and complete warranty repairs while fostering customer relationships and promoting Guitar Center products through certification and training. Key Responsibilities: • Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments • Assist in maintaining store inventory • Complete warranty repairs Requirements: • Strong initiative and technical skill in guitar repair • Ability to create positive experiences for musicians and non-musicians alike
