Job Summary The Repair Technician will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. They will build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work. Responsibilities: • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship • Maintain store-owned gear, as requested • Complete warranty repair work
