As our Repair Technician (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, maintaining store inventory, and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work. You will: • Interact with customers for a positive experience • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship • Maintain store-owned gear as requested • Complete warranty repair work • Perform additional duties as assigned All employment decisions are based on valid job-related requirements.
