We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to provide high-quality repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with maintenance of store inventory. This role requires a passion for music, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Main Responsibilities: • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service • Perform repairs on customer-owned instruments with a focus on quality and craftsmanship • Maintain store-owned gear and ensure it is in good working condition • Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner • Assist with other duties as assigned by management Requirements: • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars Preferred Qualifications: • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products About Us: Guitar Center offers a unique opportunity for musicians to share their passion with others.
