Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This individual will primarily be responsible for maintaining Music City Starfactory and Music City Hotel/Hostel’s facilities to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for all guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of all properties to identify maintenance needs.
Perform regular and required repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and similar.
Coordinate with external contractors for complex repairs.
Maintain order and ensure everything is in good working condition in all spaces.
Respond promptly to all maintenance requests.
Manage and maintain maintenance supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of basic repair skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties as needed. Small truck or SUV is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with San Francisco’s building codes and regulations.

Compensation: Based on experience, up to $35/hour
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
