Conduct routine inspections of all properties to identify maintenance needs.Perform regular and required repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and similar.Coordinate with external contractors for complex repairs.Maintain order and ensure everything is in good working condition in all spaces.Respond promptly to all maintenance requests.Manage and maintain maintenance supplies and equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.Qualifications: Benefits available 90 days after starting as regular full-time.
