Chef Louis Goral is thrilled to bring his culinary expertise to the Blue LLama Jazz Club. Chef Louis has served critically acclaimed cuisine in Denver, Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington D.C. and New York City. His expansive experience as a bassist, bandleader, composer, festival organizer and music educator will guide and maintain the artistic direction and musical programming of the Blue LLama Jazz Club.
