A professional R&B/Soul recording artist, based in New York City, is seeking 2-4 exceptional Black male background vocalists to join his official background vocal team. Rehearsals will take place in the New York City area.
The team’s first performance will be a tour launch in Portsmouth, Virginia, with additional touring and live performance opportunities to follow.
Candidates must possess excellent harmony skills, strong stage presence, professionalism, reliability, and the ability to learn vocal arrangements efficiently. Gospel, R&B, Neo-Soul, choir, or touring experience is highly preferred. Selected vocalists will complete a formal audition process.
Please include live performance videos demonstrating harmony work whenever possible.
Please note: Finalists must be available for rehearsals in the New York City area and willing to travel to Portsmouth, Virginia for the tour launch performance.
Finalists must be willing to travel for future performances thereafter.
