Manager, Artist Royalties

How you'll create: • Analyze artist contracts for royalty obligations and prepare corresponding contract brief summaries • Entry of royalty terms related to artists, producers or third parties into system. Bring your vibe: • Minimum 3 years-experience in similar role at a recorded music company • Four year college degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience • Proficient in reading and interpreting artist contracts and artist statements • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Candidate must be detail oriented, a good decision maker and have a positive attitude • Self-motivated • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in fast paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of royalty accounting systems
