Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a copyright administration role, preferably with a strong working knowledge of Common Works Registration formats, agreement registration, and related workflows.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information to diverse audiences.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across Global Administration teams and local offices worldwide.Goal-oriented approach, demonstrating accountability and pride in achieving team, departmental, and organizational objectives while meeting deadlines.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently to ensure consistent delivery of requirements.A genuine passion for music and a commitment to supporting songwriters, rightsholders, and the protection of intellectual property.
