Additional responsibilities include establishing safety practices, ensuring compliance with policies, and making data-driven decisions to enhance the guest experience. Financial accountability is crucial, overseeing budgets, planning expenses, and managing vendor relationships for musical equipment and royalties. Team Leadership and Development • Shoreside Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the shoreside entertainment/ music team. • Shipboard Leadership: Manage the shipboard team of Fleet Music Managers, Music Managers and musicians providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure they are knowledgeable and strategic leaders.
