Position Overview:

The Manager of Music Retail Operations is crucial to our team, ensuring seamless daily sales and operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to help achieve sales goals. Monitor financial metrics, inventory, and performance statistics to drive store success. Ensure that all products are readily available for purchase and presented attractively. Oversee payroll management, recruitment, hiring, and training of retail employees. Manage daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Advocate for the Music & Arts lesson program and support instructors. Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of retail experience. Background in music or a passion for music.
