Job Purpose: The Manager of Orchestra Personnel along with the Director of Orchestra Personnel is responsible for administering the personnel of the orchestra, including the Paul J. Ross Fellowship program, and acting in the Director’s stead when assigned. May be required to travel with the orchestra on tour and assist with tour logistics. • Primary responsibility for implementation of PSO Auditions, under the broad direction of Director of Orchestra Personnel. • Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director of Orchestra Personnel and Vice President for Operations. • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to maintain trust and confidentiality, ability to work as part of a team.
