Manager of Rentals & Partnership Programs

Strategic Growth: Works with the Director to strategize on best practices and policies to improve and grow the NEC rentals program and spearheads sales prospecting and new client cultivation. Client Relations: Acts as the point of contact for rental clients from date inquiry through onsite event execution to allow for a consistent throughline and customer experience. Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensures that the Performance Services departments (and other Conservatory departments) have all needed information on dates and event requirements, while keeping in mind the suitability of venue spaces for the requested use; meets regularly with production and performance service teams to coordinate logistics for all venues on campus. This role provides onsite coverage for the NEC rentals program which falls Friday–Sunday during the academic year, with additional onsite coverage required during the summer.
